Returns & Exchanges
We've got a no fuss returns & exchanges policy. Please let us know ASAP if you wish to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused or in as new condition & contain original packaging.
In order to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - your online order confirmation number is usually fine
For all exchanges please start the returns process by using the form below. Once you enter your order details you will be be able to choose which item(s) to return and it will create an Return Authorisation you can send back to us with the goods.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item we apologise. We'll get it fixed. Please contact us and we'll get everything straightened out.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Step 3: Post your items to the address on the form.
Step 4 We will review your items and arrange for a refund/exchange (according to our policies).
