How can I check out?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express. We also support PayPal, Zip Pay & Afterpay.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items. You can only use 1 discount code or credit voucher per order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We value your support as a Fair Dinkum Aussie business that still makes a lot of it's products to-order here in Australia with the goal of keeping it as Aussie made as we can.

Production & Shipping Times:

Because of the nature of our business, we generally take 3-5+ business days for you to receive your shipping and tracking updates.

Once your order has been completed & shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details.

*These timelines are a guide only. Your order may take longer to pack if it is a key sale period or if we have a high influx of orders. Sorry - we're doing our best!

If you've not received a tracking update email yet:
If you've not received a tracking update email, we promise we haven't forgotten you! We're probably busy as just and will be hustling to get your order out the door.

Once you've received your shipping update email and tracking:
Once you've received your tracking update allow 3-10 business days for to arrive.

*If you order over a busy period (for example, sale periods or leading up to Christmas), there may be delays with postal services due to unforeseen circumstances. Which are unfortunately out of our control. 

Depending on your neck of the woods it can come faster or slower than our estimates. Your courier will usually give you some tracking updates along the way or you can jump on their website to track it there.

How much does Shipping cost?

All shipping rates are flat-rate. This means the price stays the same if you order one product or many. Pool together with your mates to save on shipping costs!

We offer Australia wide Standard shipping:

  • $9.99: Standard Shipping

International Shipping:

  • $18.95: International Shipping

What if there is a problem with my order?

If we've missed the mark, you got the wrong size or for some reason it hasn't rocked up. Please contact us or start a return.

Remember to read our exchange/returns policy before starting the process.

Do you have sizing charts so I know everything will fit me?

Each product page has it's own size guide. Be mindful that measurements can range up to 1cm either side.

What other products do you have in the works?

We're always in the process of making new and better gear that we know you'll love. However, we are always open to new ideas, so feel free to get in touch if you've got something you'd like to see.

You can also sign up for email updates if you want to be the first one to know about new products or sales. Don't worry, we don't like to flog the emails like other brands.
